    My team uses Loom a lot. With Loom, you can record your camera, microphone, and desktop simultaneously, making tutorials super easy.

    Hi there! I am wondering if there will ever be an option to change the icon of an office. To capture "working remotely" we have added a "working remotely office" and people join there - but because the icon is automatically a building, it's a bit misleading

    Hi all! I am looking for some tips on how to make remote employees feel included 🤗 If you have teammates working mostly remotely I would be super interested to know about your experience on the matter and what you do to include them, here is what I found so far: • Scheduling regular informal team meetings, so it’s not always all work no play. • Making sure your remote teammates have a dedicated workspace at home, providing them with a home office setup, and checking with them if it needs to be revamped after a while. • Checking on your teammates to make sure they unplug from work, you can plan a coffee break call, or make sure to tell them to log off when the working day is over Have any of you found the above useful, or is there anything else you do?

Here are some of the tips in this article that I find interesting: • Define the culture and communicate it. • Make sure everyone understands they are an important part of the company as a whole. • Create a thorough onboarding process for new joiners to make everyone feel included. • Prioritize wellness, ask everyone regularly how they are doing and if there is anything they need help with.     We’ve been doing virtual summer and holidays parties since Covid and our main challenge has been coming up with new virtual ideas that are engaging, that work for everyone, and is flexible for folks in different time zones. To solve this issue, for our virtual holiday party this year, we decided to celebrate over a three week period. Week 1 our employees have two events to choose from (an online Mixology class or a Thai cooking class). Week 2 is focused on Health & Fun and people can choose one event (Learning how to stretch at your desk or a tote bag painting class) and Week 3 is all about celebrating all our hard work over the last year with multiple events taking place (virtual team lunches, a company wide trivia event, and a final cheers and celebration message from our Leadership team). So for us, having multiple events for employees to choose from will allow more people to attend at least one of them. It also let us come up with multiple virtual ideas, rather than stressing over finding one that works for everyone.

    hey there, i've more of a general question and am wondering if anyone has gone through a similar process to calculate this before. we're looking at aligning on our annual leave policies across all locations to equalise our benefits and offering, however with varied public holidays it gets very confusing (next year the UK have 9, Madrid have 15!). we have decided against unlimited holiday as through reviewing our teams approach to annual leave, they need more structure for taking holiday and are after more flexibility. has anyone offered leave that is inclusive of public holidays to multiple locations within their company before, and if so, can i ask how you approached it? thanks!
