We also noticed that guests are not added to the total amount in the summery (x others are going). Would this be possible to “fix”?

So the list currently is only shown to Officely Admins

And the guests don't get added to the count as their desk doesn't get reserved through this feature.
If you'd like to book them an actual seat then this article here will walk you through the steps
