Hey @Bella thanks so much for sharing this, so sorry to hear that Charlie was struggling to book in this morning 🙏
I just heard back from one of our engineers that Monday mornings especially 9am ish tend to be our busiest times in the product so at times it may take a little longer for the booking to come through. I would recommend giving it 10/15 mins and trying again if the booking doesn't go through. Let me know if Charlie was able to book in ok in the end please 🤩
