How are people communicating the mask mandate CA just came out with starting tomorrow - will it be masks at all times except while eating and drinking or will you allow people to take off mask if at desk and social distancing?

We’ve asked our staff to wear a mask at all times, especially if they’re in a meeting room. When they’re at their desk or when eating/drinking however, they can remove their mask, as long as there is no one around them. We’ve also asked our staff to eat at their desk to avoid social gatherings in our kitchen.
