Hi all! For any US smaller (under 100) start up type companies - I'm trying to make sure our benefit offering is competitive. If you offer a WFH stipend for team members, I'd be very grateful if you could share the highlights of your policy! (ie $X/month or $X/annual or you can submit % of internet, one time stipend for office furniture purchase, etc). Thanks in advance and TGIF!

Hi Danielle! Before joining Officely and moving to the UK in March, I worked at two smaller US startups. Our stipend was about $100/month or $1,200 annually. We could use it on pretty much anything--equipment, internet, dog daycare, etc. Hope that helps!
