👋 - hey all, I'm currently working on our hybrid playbook - I'd be really interested in hearing if anyone has facilitated any sessions with their teams yet on hybrid? I was thinking about doing a ways-of-working style session with each of our teams to define how hybrid will work for them, agree norms etc but really keen to hear what others are doing!

We've been doing research but haven't facilitated any meetings or aligned around any outcomes yet.
