At the moment when you book in a guest all that does is log in their details which comes in handy when it comes to contact tracing. Otherwise, the feature currently doesn't do more than that. The Office manager and the employee booking in a guest can see that there is a guest coming in, however it doesn't book them a seat into a neighbourhood.
Does your office often have guests coming in? Do you think having more functionalities with the guest feature would be helpful to you? Thanks!
