@max Hi there - can I customise the health survey intro section - the bit that says “I’d like to ask you about your health” as I want to just remind folk to do an LFT

Hey @Jane Layberry unfortunately you can only customise the questions rather than the intro paragraph. Instead, could you add a question asking "Have you conducted a lateral flow test?" with a "Yes/No" answer?

Ok thanks. I had set up that question but I really just don’t like the wording in that intro section so it puts me off using it with the team. It feels really intrusive.

If it cannot be customised then perhaps just super generic - “I’d like to ask you a few questions” or “please answer the question(s) below”
