Two more questions about vaccination / negative test record collection: 1. Since these documents can be considered medical information the US, how are they stored? Is the storage HIPAA-compliant? 2. We ask for vaccination certificate once every six months. If an employee provides it, will the they be asked for it every time they want to book?
