Iām experimenting with health surveys, exports and insights. we had 2 people on 1 day and 2 people on another day (test a reservation). 1 person failed the survey intentionally ā however, i noticed in the insights it still counts that person as an attendee. am I doing something wrong?

Hi @Shannon Wiggen! Are you looking at the insights tab or extracting the data via csv?

10/07/2021, 2:08 AMactually what i think happened is that the tester responded to the survey the day after the actual reservation. in any case, the reporting doesnt seem to take into account if the survey was successfully submitted.

I see thank you, yes if someone doesn't complete the health survey they will still be included (so they are included in contact tracing) but if they fail the health survey they will be removed. Does that make sense?
