Hey, can I ask the Concierge to book me a specific type of desk/neighbourhood please?

Hey Jane, yes you can do this. In your account settings (Settings > Your Account) you can select up to 3 ‘Favourite Neighbourhoods’. When concierge goes to book you in, it will always try and book you into your favourite neighbourhoods first http://help.getofficely.com/en/articles/5504747-favourite-neighbourhoods
