Good morning! Our office is having some troubles getting the health survey sent to them when they check in. One employee in particular doesn't have a set schedule for in office so they check in the morning that they decide to come to the office. They do get the notification when we remind them to complete their health survey though. Is there some trouble shooting we could have them try? Thank you!

Hey @KyLeigh Cook, It’s probably best to connect with us over web chat to trouble shoot this sort of thing. You can access this by visiting Officely and then scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking “Chat with support”. You’ll then be taken to our help center and should be able to access the web chat in the bottom right corner of your screen.
