Is there a way to set up and add pods for others as an admin, without being a part of one as a leader? Whenever I create a pod it adds me to it automatically

you can assign someone else as the leader - but be careful, it seems that once you do this you can no longer make any changes to the pod (also you can’t remove it unless the leader switches control back to you)
