^ we had employees that moved out of the NYC area during the pandemic (some that spoke to us about it first and others that didn’t). They were clear that they were making a life choice for themselves/their families and they understood if they were going to be required in office 5 days a week that this wouldn’t work for them. Luckily we were all on board to go totally flexible so they are going to stay on with us!
