One of the big questions leaders will face over the next 6 months is should we tell employees which days to come into the office or let them decide? On the one hand, I believe employees should be treated as adults and trusted to make the right decision for the benefit of their work, but does that create an environment in which those who choose to come into the office more are at an advantage?
