Is there a way to override requiring vaccine proof for an employee who previously set us their card as it's only new employees whose status we don't know we're enabling the vaccination feature for?

i just got an alert that some folks' reservations for tomorrow were just cancelled automatically

also employees who had automated bookings didn't seem to get the vaccine proof message and instead their reservations were cancelled

Hey Allie, they get cancelled based on the time frame that you set for the employees to submit their proof of vaccination by, you can change the timeframe in health controls

Employees that have automated bookings get messages in their Officely Messages tab, it could be worth getting them to check if they received any reminders in there?
