I love going into the office but I definitely get less done when I am in. We have the option for people to do whatever they want and I choose to come in twice a week.

Yes and no; I tend to avoid taking confidential calls (such as interviews or chats with employees) during my days in the office which means I compact those type of meetings to the days I am at home. The days I am in the office tend to be more about catching up on things and focusing on my to do list.

Seems like a good balance! I also tend to stay home when I have calls, I find it easier.
